លក្ខខណ្ឌ និងកាតព្វកិច្ច – Terms and Conditions

1. សេចក្តីណែនាំ - Introduction

សូមស្វាគមន៍មកកាន់ iQuiz CLU។ ប្រព័ន្ធនេះត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងសម្រាប់ការប្រើប្រាស់ផ្នែកអប់រំ ក្នុងសាលា និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យនៅកម្ពុជា។ ដោយការចូលប្រើ ឬប្រើប្រាស់ iQuiz CLU អ្នកយល់ព្រមគោរពតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌ និងកាតព្វកិច្ចខាងក្រោម។

Welcome to iQuiz CLU. This platform is designed for educational use by schools and universities in Cambodia. By accessing or using iQuiz CLU, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. សិទ្ធិប្រើប្រាស់ និងគោលបំណងអប់រំ - Eligibility and Educational Use

អ្នកប្រើត្រូវមានអាយុយ៉ាងហោចណាស់ 12 ឆ្នាំ។ iQuiz CLU ត្រូវបានប្រើប្រាស់សម្រាប់ការបង្រៀន ការសិក្សា និងការវាយតម្លៃផ្នែកអប់រំប៉ុណ្ណោះ។

Users must be at least 12 years old. iQuiz CLU is intended solely for teaching, learning, and academic assessment.

3. គណនី និងការគ្រប់គ្រងដោយស្ថាប័ន - Accounts and Institutional Control

គណនីអាចត្រូវបានបង្កើត និងគ្រប់គ្រងដោយសាលា សាកលវិទ្យាល័យ ឬប្រព័ន្ធ LMS។ អ្នកប្រើទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះសកម្មភាពទាំងអស់ដែលកើតឡើងក្រោមគណនីរបស់ខ្លួន។

Accounts may be created and managed by schools, universities, or integrated LMS systems. Users are responsible for all activities under their accounts.

4. កម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា - Intellectual Property

Quiz សំណួរ អត្ថបទ រូបភាព និងមាតិកាឌីជីថលទាំងអស់នៅលើ iQuiz CLU ជាកម្មសិទ្ធិ ឬមានអាជ្ញាប័ណ្ណពី iQuiz CLU ឬស្ថាប័នអប់រំដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ។ ការចម្លង ការកែប្រែ ឬការចែកចាយដោយគ្មានការអនុញ្ញាត មិនត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឡើយ។

All quizzes, questions, text, images, and digital materials on iQuiz CLU are owned by or licensed to iQuiz CLU or the respective educational institution. Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution is not permitted.

5. អាកប្បកិរិយា និងសុចរិតភាពសិក្សា​ - User Conduct and Academic Integrity

អ្នកប្រើត្រូវគោរពសុចរិតភាពសិក្សា។ ការលួចចម្លង ការបន្លំអត្តសញ្ញាណ ការប្រើប្រាស់ bot ឬការរំខានដល់ប្រព័ន្ធ ត្រូវបានហាមឃាត់យ៉ាងតឹងរឹង។

Users must maintain academic honesty. Cheating, impersonation, use of bots, or system abuse is strictly prohibited.

6. ការរួមបញ្ចូលជាមួយ App និង LMS - App and LMS Integration

iQuiz CLU អាចភ្ជាប់ជាមួយប្រព័ន្ធ App ឬ LMS របស់សាលា និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ។ លទ្ធផល Quiz វឌ្ឍនភាព និងទិន្នន័យអ្នកប្រើ អាចត្រូវបានសម្របសម្រួលសម្រាប់គោលបំណងអប់រំ។

iQuiz CLU may integrate with school applications or LMS platforms. Quiz results, progress, and user data may be synchronized for academic purposes.

គោលការណ៍ និងបទបញ្ជារបស់ស្ថាប័នអប់រំមានអាទិភាពជាងលក្ខខណ្ឌទូទៅទាំងនេះ។

Institutional policies and regulations take priority over these general terms.

7. ការផ្អាក និងបញ្ចប់សិទ្ធិប្រើប្រាស់ - Suspension and Termination

ការចូលប្រើ iQuiz CLU អាចត្រូវបានផ្អាក ឬបញ្ចប់ ប្រសិនបើមានការរំលោភលក្ខខណ្ឌ ឬតាមសេចក្តីសម្រេចរបស់ស្ថាប័នអប់រំ។

Access to iQuiz CLU may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated or upon institutional request.

8. ការបដិសេធ និងការកំណត់ទំនួលខុសត្រូវ - Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

iQuiz CLU ត្រូវបានផ្តល់ជូនតាមស្ថានភាពមាន ដោយមិនមានការធានាថាប្រព័ន្ធនឹងដំណើរការមិនមានកំហុស ឬមិនមានការរំខានឡើយ។ iQuiz CLU មិនទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះការខូចខាតដោយប្រយោល ឬការខាតបង់ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការសិក្សា។

The platform is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. iQuiz CLU is not liable for indirect or academic-related losses.

9. ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរលក្ខខណ្ឌ - Changes to Terms

លក្ខខណ្ឌ និងកាតព្វកិច្ចនេះ អាចត្រូវបានធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាព ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរផ្នែកច្បាប់ បច្ចេកទេស ឬអប់រំ។ ការកែប្រែនឹងត្រូវបង្ហោះនៅទំព័រនេះ។
